ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2007 CAMBRIDGE CONFERENCE IS NOW CLOSED. IF YOU STILL WISH TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE, SEE BELOW FOR FUTHER DETAILS.
 
Fax
Download a copy of the Cambridge Conference Registration Form and, if appropriate, the Guest Registration Form, complete and return your form to the Cambridge 2007 Conference Office on fax number: +44 (0)20 8892 2918.
 
Faxed registrations will be accepted up to and including Friday 13th July 2007. After this date, onsite registration will be available at the Conference Registration Desk at St John’s College from Sunday 15th July to Thursday 19th July 2007.
 
Onsite Registration at St John’s College
Download a copy of the Cambridge Conference Registration Form, complete and bring to the Registration & Information Desk at St John’s College. The Registration Desk will be open for onsite registrations in the Fisher Building from 12:00hrs on Sunday 15th to 18:00hrs on Thursday 19th July 2007.
Delegates wishing to register onsite should come to the Registration Desk in the Fisher Building Foyer during conference opening hours. You will be required to complete a registration form and supply payment details. You will then receive a conference badge and pack with full details on the conference. 
 
IMPORTANT NOTE
Accommodation at St John’s College is now on a request basis only. If you are interested in a room at the College, please call Julie Wright immediately on +44 (0)7734 663589 for an update on availability.
 
Alternatively, details of hotels in Cambridge are included on the Accommodation page of this web site. Bookings must be made directly with hotels.

Important Notes:

• Conference fees do not include travel and accommodation expenses except for travel to the Friday Visits on 20 July 2007.
• Standard Delegate rates are not available on a Day Delegate basis
• Guests are welcome to attend the evening dinners and social events but only one guest per Delegate will be permitted due to the limited number of places available.
• Accommodation at St John’s College is subject to room availability and will be allocated on a strictly first-come, first served basis. In the case of early arrivals and late departures, the organisers will attempt to accommodate delegates for all nights requested. We regret that children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to stay at the College.
• Payment in advance is required to gain entry to the Cambridge Conference 2007

Credit Card
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, Switch/Delta, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club. Your card will be charged by ‘The Conference Office Ltd’, whose name will appear on your bank statement.
 
Bank Transfer
We accept transfers in Sterling only. Bank account details at included in the Payment Information page.
 
Cheque
We accept personal or company cheques in Sterling only, made payable to ‘The Conference Office Ltd’, and posted to the Conference Office in the UK.
 
Cash
Payment of onsite registration fees can be made in cash at the Conference Registration and Information Desk at St John’s College from Sunday 15 July to Thursday 19 July 2007. Payment in Sterling only will be accepted.

Conference Terms and Conditions

 Cancellations and Replacements
If you find you are unable to attend after registering for Cambridge Conference 2007, you have two options:
• Transfer your booking to a colleague – one replacement per registration is acceptable and must be confirmed in writing to the Conference Office no later than 15 June 2007.
• Cancel your registration – you may cancel your registration completely on or before 15 June 2007 and receive a full refund less a £20.00+VAT administration charge. We regret that no refund can be made for registration cancellations from 16 June 2007 onwards.
 
Payment Terms
Registration for the Cambridge Conference is subject to the following payment conditions:
• The Conference Office must receive payment before we can confirm your place at the Cambridge Conference. Admittance to the conference will not
be permitted without payment or proof of payment being received in advance. Proof of payment includes: purchase order number, remittance advice, photocopy of cheque or credit card details for security.
• If your organisation requires an invoice before payment can be made, please mark the appropriate part of the registration form accordingly. Include
a purchase order number if this is required for payment. The option to pay by invoice is only available if you register on or before 15 June 2007.
All registrations received without payment after this date will not be confirmed until proof of payment or full payment of your registration fee is received by
the Conference Office. Proof of payment includes:
purchase order number, remittance advice, photocopy of cheque or credit card details for security.
• Once your registration has been processed, an invoice with credit card receipt (if applicable) will be posted to you by The Conference Office with full confirmation of your registration details.
• Credit card payments will be processed by ‘The Conference Office Ltd’, the Cambridge Conference registration company. All credit card fee payments are charged at the advertised rates.
