CC:The Exchange Conference 2009

The first details of this exciting conference are starting to emerge. The conference will be held from 12 to 15 July 2009, at the Ordnance Survey headquarters in Southampton, England. Accomodation and social events will be in the historic city of Winchester.

The basic outline of the activities will be as follows:
Sunday 12 July: arrival and social events. Welcome drinks reception and dinner.
Monday 13 July: Conference at Ordnance Survey. Reception in Winchester Cathedral followed by a barbeque in the Cathedral grounds.
Tuesday 14 July: Conference at Ordnance Survey. Gala dinner at the 18th century Lainstone House near Winchester.
Wednesday 15 July: visits to HM Land Registry, Defence Geographic Centre, HM Hydrographic Office or Ordnance Survey. Informal evening at hotel.
Thursday 16 July: depart.
