1. Terms of website use
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.cambridgeconference.com (our Site). Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our Site.
www.cambridgeconference.com is a Site operated by Ordnance Survey (on behalf of the national mapping organisations involved with The Cambridge Conference (“We”, “Us”). Ordnance Survey is the national mapping agency of Great Britain, whose principal place of business is Romsey Road, Southampton, SO16 4GU.
3.1 Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.2 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
4. Intellectual property rights

4.3 For the avoidance of doubt, you may use the materials posted on the Site (including any conference speaker papers, presentations or other works identified as being copyright of a third party) for the purposes of research and private study provided that that you do so in accordance with the ‘fair dealing’ provisions set out in the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended). These provisions require, amongst other things, that you do not plagiarise the materials and you must ensure that our status (and that of any identified 3rd party contributors) as the authors of the material are always acknowledged.
4.4 You may not use any part of the materials posted on the Site for commercial purposes without our (or where applicable our 3rd party contributors) express written permission.
4.5 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

12. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms of use are governed by English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site.
